Immediate equipment help

Production Support

Use these contacts if equipment stops working and Production is not onsite.

After-hours requests may not receive help until the next Rancho business day.

Your event checklist

Before, during, and after.

Take one step at a time. The controls are already set, so avoid changing protected levels and complete the shutdown when your event ends.

01

Before your event

Read every instruction before you start. If Production is onsite, ask before making any changes to the system.

02

During your event

If CG1 is too loud, lower it from the main computer or app. Leave the preset levels unchanged.

03

After your event

Stop playback and turn off every item you powered on. You must turn everything off.

Quick audio rule

Need less CG1 volume? Lower it at the source. Don’t increase or reconfigure tested mic and system levels.
