PASTORAL STAFF

Scott treadway

Lead Pastor

Scott is the primary leader and teacher at Rancho Church, serving alongside an amazing team of leaders and teachers who make up a truly remarkable staff. He is motivated by a vision of a church community that is an extension of the life and ministry of Jesus; gracious in every way, loving our neighbors, welcoming everyone, and serving people in need.

Jenny is Scott's wife and partner in ministry with four children; two boys and two girls. Scott is an avid golfer and even more avid consumer of Mexican food. He also posts a few times a year on Instagram.

Jenny serves as a Staff Pastor and leads in various areas of Rancho including Women’s Groups, Welcome and Care Groups.

cheree howe

Chief Operating Officer/Pastor

Cheree came to Rancho at the beginning of 2004 before we moved to our current campus. She and her husband had relocated to the inland valley with their three kids. In addition to her role as COO, she also oversees our Global Missions, Mature Adults and Welcome Team. She and Kirk run our special needs camp each summer which she has a great love for. She is detailed orientated and thrives in challenging environments - she loves to problem solve and fix things. Most of all, she loves being a part of our church, school and rescue mission!

Cheree was born and raised a PK (pastors kid) and has always said she was born in church! Her parents gave her the love for ministry from a very young age. Cheree is married to Kirk and they just celebrated their 30th anniversary. They have three children, one son, two daughters, and three grandchildren. The whole family loves to spend family days at Disneyland whenever they can!

Cheree loves animals and kids! She now puts her extra time into traveling in their RV and taking the dogs with them. Cheree and her husband are the directors for Joni and Friends Southern California Family Retreat as well. This retreat has become a passion for both of them as it’s for families affected by disabilities. She and her husband raise doodles and they are trained to work with individuals that have special needs. Combining her passion for both special needs and dogs she is blessed to do what she loves, which is to care for others!

KARISSA HARRISON

Executive Pastor

Karissa serves as our Executive Pastor. She loves serving the local church as she's thrilled to be a part of the mission here at Rancho! She's been married to Ryan for 14 years and they have 3 school age kids. Karissa is an introvert that loves people, books, and the beach.

STEVE SALOMON

Campus Pastor

Steve spent 20 years as youth pastor connecting with students and now finds the same passion connecting with adults. One of his greatest joys is giving high fives to the kiddos every Sunday morning.

He has been married to Colleen for 28 years and they have 2 grown sons, Zach and Josh. He is a homebody and other than surfing would just as well be hanging out at home with Colleen and his Boston Terrier Phoebe.

Alex McLean

Creative Pastor

Alex McLean serves as a Staff Pastor and Creative Director at Rancho, leading the Production/Marketing Team. He has been on staff since 2009. Before coming to Rancho Alex has been a youth pastor, worship leader, and graphic designer. He oversees much of the creative direction of Rancho Church and Rancho Christian School as well as hosting WGOAR (What’s Going on at Rancho) each week.

Alex is married to his wife, Jen and they have four children. They enjoy the beach, road trips, and cooking together.

Alex and Jen also lead “Beer & Hymns” a local sing-along band that meets in local venues to sing hymns and other fun songs.

ERNESTO SANCHEZ

Rancho en Español Pastor

Ernesto, “Ernie”, serves Rancho as pastor of our Spanish Ministry Rancho en Español. He is also a part of our Production/Marketing Team.

EVAN RUDASILL

Worship Pastor

Evan is our worship pastor and also oversees our young families. He is also Lord of Glencoe.

Next Generation Pastor

Tiffany is our Next Generation Pastor.

She has a passion for creating spaces where the common and holy collide - this is her heart and mission with Rancho's next generation - helping them to know and experience their faith. Tiffany and her husband, Chris, were married in 2001 and have three kids. She is wild about spiritual transformation and is a self-proclaimed Bible nerd - which means she loves reading all the books! She also loves watching movies, playing games with family and friends, and really good conversation.

Rancho Kids Director

Sande is our Rancho Kids director.

amparo Sanchez

Rancho en Español Pastor

Amparo co-pastors Rancho en Español along with her husband Ernesto. She is also a secondary teacher at Rancho Christian School.

Karri pettit

Rancho Kids Worship Pastor

Known to the kids as Ms. Karri, she leads Rancho Kids Worship and is co-host of the Rancho Kids Show.

Kirk howe

First Impressions/Mature Adults Pastor

Kirk loves people! His role at Rancho has him using his gifts in several areas. He not only pastors our Welcome Team and Mature Adults, but also coaches Rancho Christian Golf. He is also known to lend a hand when something needs to be fixed. You will always find Kirk out welcoming and greeting people with a big smile on his face.

Kirk was in the Air Force which is where he first accepted Christ. He later met Cheree at a church event in Northern California. Kirk and Cheree have been married for 30 years and they have three kids, a son and two daughters, and three grandchildren. A family day at Disneyland his idea of a great day.

Kirk loves to spend time on RV trips with Cheree and their dogs. His other love is golf! He, like Cheree, has a passion for special needs ministry. They spend their time helping with camps and events for those affected by disabilities.

SUPPORT STAFF

David tostado

David is the Production Director for Rancho Church & School. He works with a fantastic team of volunteers every Sunday to deliver an outstanding service filled with love and passion. He also creates content for Rancho, like films for major events like Youth Summer Camp, VBS, Enchanted Prom, and much more.

David has always had a passion for production. Disneyland and the many shows they put on have always inspired him and influenced his work style. He also has a passion for traveling & photography. David’s work is also heavily influenced by many different genres of music. His top three genres, according to Spotify, are Indie Rock, Indie Folk & Modern Rock. His favorite band is 100% The 1975.
